I wonder what is going to happen to the "world class" gaming platform?

I have been contemplating offloading my MGG shares to offlset some lithium associated profits I have realised this financial year. Post consolidation my average is going to be a fair way off 2c as will be the case for many longer term shareholders. Question is how good are the projects - I started reducing my exposure to lithium as I felt a peak in interest had been reached and with mines coming online/new potential technologies being developed. Question is whether or not to stay in and participate in the 2c raise and if I do will the SP fall after the raise (a possibility).

I note Gernot is extracting a $7500 transaction consultancy fee for 3 months (I assume he is still drawing his wage) - and then he is staying on for $120,000 - so Shareholders are still stuck with him.

Existing shareholders are certainly being hammered in this transaction however it is probably a better outcome than many of us were expecting.
