Agree with your thoughts 100%.
I fully intended to participate in the SPP but before I was ready to organise payment nearer to SPP closure, the price had already fallen well below offer price so I bought on market.
What surprised me was it kept on falling so I'm keen to see the CR finalised & out of the road so we can get back "normal" & proceed onwards and upwards
