From memory/what I heard, he basically said NASDAQ listing is on hold whilst markets are so volatile. something along the lines of US market not conducive to an uplist at present and a company like AVR would likely get punished. Waiting for a better climate but everything is in place (4? years audited accounts etc).
Happy to be corrected if I misheard. Hopefully the recording of the AGM will be released soon so everyone can listen firsthand.
