Notice the extra 10% placement facility that was included on the list of resolutions to vote on. So we haven’t delivered anything yet but we want to be able to dilute you up to 25% within the next 12 months if we want.
does anyone know more about this, is it normal to go seeking this upfront? Far out, well I hope it gets voted against. I understand capital is needed, but they appear to have not done anything with the last raise other than blow it on staff costs.
