No definite time line on WA1 results. The samples have been shipped out in batches. The first one was small and selected from what looked like high grade sections of several holes - it was.
Work began on ground about the middle of March with site prep. Followed soon after by 10 holes before Cyclone Ilsa closed them down for awhile.
First batch of results out in early May. Assume these were expedited.
3 holes from 18 collar locations reported to 1 May 23. Snips from announcement:
Only select samples from the first three holes were able to be expedited to Perth.Accordingly, the results reported comprise of key intervals from these three drillholes.However, there is potential for mineralisation within the three drill holes to continue outside of these assayed intervals
Further drill samples continue to be batch delivered to ALS Laboratories in Perth and will be reported when assessed and available. The Company also anticipates it will deliver a maiden resource estimate for Luni in the second half of 2023
Took till near the end of April to get back drilling.
Assume one or two other batches were sent for assay back in April. More over the last few weeks.
Results? Anyone's guess. Mine would be a second batch reasonably soon - next week or so.
