What I like about TS is that he thinks like the potential buyer but has the financial smarts and knowledge to package up the deal to appeal to the right buyer. That's rare.

All the good suggestions on HC such as floating assets in HK et al would have been considerd by Sage and co plus a myriad of others that we haven't even dreamt of.

TS is a deal maker and gets things done....but "commerciality" can move slowly at times.
