We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a site General Manager to work an 8/6 roster FIFO from Perth. The GM covers the statutory role of Registered Manager and is responsible for the overall site management and leadership. E25 has significant ambition to increase output by way of a second, new process plant and you’ll play a direct role in its design and construction. Our small site requires an ‘all hands on deck’ approach and you’ll need to know a little about a lot including geology, mine engineering, processing, contractor management and maintenance etc More than anything, we are looking for an experienced operator to run this business like it’s your own. You’ll be offered plenty of ‘room to move’ to ensure that the site delivers on its key objectives of production and safety. You’ll be challenged daily by this role so we are expecting to appoint a candidate with mental toughness, a focus on results, a delivery mindset and an ability to lead the team toward all your goals.
