To clarify the ownership of stock among the three different options:

Registered Holder of Securities: The registered holder of securities is the person or entity whose name is officially recorded on the company's register as the legal owner of the stock. They have legal ownership rights and are typically the primary owners of the stock. They hold the shares in their name and have the ability to exercise voting rights, receive dividends, and exercise other ownership privileges.

Holder of Relevant Interest: The holder of relevant interest refers to a person or entity who has an interest in the stock, which may be different from the registered holder.

Person Entitled to be Registered as Holder: A person entitled to be registered as a holder refers to someone who has the right to have their name officially registered as the owner of the stock but is not currently listed as the registered holder.

I have two theories on who the registered holder of the securities are, the first and most likely is that blundy/BBRC are the true relevant holders of interest and he is increasing his ownership stake in anticipation for a take over offer, i have tracked his average price per share since he started building his position and his average price paid was 45.5c, recently buying up shares at 38c, if it is actually him which i believe makes sense, i just hope if it is he doesnt take over the company at 45c and not allow anyone to get a chance to recoup there losses and potentially see a profit.. i hope im wrong, still looking to get in when theres more clarity in the macro.. gl all and now i need to get some sleep, delving too deep can make you lose track of time sometimes and it can also feel like your wasting your time which i may be, but i enjoy it so meh maybe i should have named myself inspectorgadget
