Agree.
Besides iM3NY, they have two very large wholly owned projects which demand individual attention - the AAM project in the US and the Nachu project. My assessment is that Hoshi's KPI's are all around delivery of the AAM and the expansion of that business, allowing David to be 100% focused on broader MNS issues as MD, plus intense attention to Nachu (for which his skills are well suited).
