Right, so Regal has more like 10 million share still sitting on its trading book , BofA already has 4.5 million shares other clients (hedge funds) owned. This is definitely about Regal, the market can not bare the liquidity Regal is providing , its too illiquid and regal wants out , there is at least a trade here once they are done. But agree management seems to have just walked away never seen so much capital raised and re alignment of the project, but still not a single updated investor presentation etc.
