Yeah it could certainly happen, and you bet your ass certain people will come back with "I told you so" after moving the goal posts on their reasoning a couple hundred times.
Re accumulation, I'm of the same opinion the way the orders are hitting the book doesn't look like insto's selling to retail at all.
