    Yes its a result of Management >>>Not disclosing what progress is being made on 2 Issues

    Construction of plant they have issued nothing to the market for months despite stating materials are on the whalf in January

    Funds to get the plant built Have been looking for money for at least 6 months with No annoucement

    Might buy in but not at these prices
