something I don’t understand:
How is FFX currently attempting to sell our shares in Morila SA while also claiming they have had no internal knowledge of Morila since walking away Nov 3rd 2022.

They claim to still have a representative on the board however get no updates privileged information.

With supposably Treadstone addressing the LLL shares / cash portion of the business, and PR contracted out as well, the boards only job seems the sale of Morila… what exactly are they doing? Why was a MD required to stay on past a probation ?

Yes, and who exactly are/were the FFX-nominated directors on the boards of the Jersey holding co subsidiary and the Mali/Morila subsidiary? Why are their identities concealed and not regularly reported in company documents? They were making decisions that shareholder money from FFX - to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars - was paying for.
