It was material forging that failed QA inspections for a reactor. Not a furnace...
An alternative material supplier and manufacturer were selected. Initial reactor abandoned, and we are awaiting delivery in the next month or so going by the timeline in the recent announcement. You can find that information extremely easily in the announcements from this year and the recent one. There are direct announcements about it.
