At 45 cents a share it's way too cheap for the current position and opportunity to hand, let alone 30 cents.
There is also no way that the executives and board will let this go for a song. Even at $1 per share there would be reluctance all around to sell.
Sit tight and wait for the right opportunity to present itself.
