It's no more manipulation than you trying to "push it up with a small buy"
The issue with a big bid ask spread (like we have) is that any order regardless of size will naturally move the share price. No way around it. It's not manipulation, it's merely buying and selling across a large spread
Share price is falling because a bunch of holders lack the necessary patience to invest in bio/pharma shares
