The NWE board were fabulous until the takeover bid. Said no on first offer and supporting share holders. Bent over with the second offer WITHOUT consulting top shareholders, and no real expplanation apart from MINS Words, folded with a script only offer at a price that was not acceptable to the vast majority. Ian had a lot of support from top shareholders only to turn his back without a decent fight or explanation. MIN was the bidder... it all played out this year. Id be wary here... maybe MINs got a back door in here! Ya gotta consider that hey! Same as Shelly from NWE to MIN.
