Richard needs to step up to the plate and start hitting some home runs for shareholders, he has failed to manage risks which has caused the share price to fall, I think now he also made a bad acquisition and he needs to right it somehow very quickly. He is not the great CEO as I believed him to be, he made bad decisions and it's cost shareholders, I believed in him, I didn't do much thinking I was just riding on his coat tails as an investor believing he could do it, I am not paid Millions per year and also get to issue Millions of stock for myself either, when you are being paid that amount, you have to make the right call, you can not screw up, but when these ceos do screw up they say are just a normal human beings and it happens like everyone else but being paid 1000X more than a normal human being.
