I witnessed an oil stock go up twice on the same announcement that they are mobilizing the drill rig to site. Check out the history of a company called Compass resources where some people knew that the copper in the ground was not what was reported and some shareholders got out before this news was released. For Justin to declare officially that nothing is wrong, With the knowledge that things are going to shite would cost him dearly.
