    Ah, it seems you're still trying to convince holders to switch to WR1 due to the looming presence of the big lake. You were certainly accurate with your early call to invest in WR1, but the region is now becoming quite crowded, with everyone wanting a piece of the action. In my opinion, PMT will be the first to deliver a compelling product to the market, just in time to ride the boom. I'm uncertain about the rest.
