This means it is using the great numbers from H2" 2022 and H1 2023 For H2 2023 Lower REE prices means Revenue will be down- 50% and earning down more than that. So do a little very simple math assuming Lynas makes NEXT rates. Substitute those numbers into SWS analysis which will be what it will be in just a few months.
What they did is fair and they state clearly what they did. It is up to the reader to decide if they agree with the logic.
