    Its progress smile.png and an upgrade from the November 2021 non-binding MoU. POSCO have also been making moves elseware (Black Rock) so they are clearly looking to build out a graphite supply chain and have bets on more than one possibility. The additional abilities POSCO have in the investment and financing space could be useful.
