Until normal trade commences Friday “...pending an announcement by Immutep in relation to a proposed fully underwritten equity raising to be conducted by Immutep by way of a placement to institutional investors (Placement) and a pro rata accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer (Entitlement Offer).”
The Placement part had better be at a premium rather than at a discount!
