at the end of the day it's going to take serious support from the Canada, Australia, and American governments to see these developments through.
not a piddly couple million here and there but unwavering support from the top down.
this is inherently risky and unlikely in Western free market economies, with the uncertainty in commodity prices, and a whole host of other (geo)political considerations.
