They can't deliver, it's my conclusion. Tanzania graphite is stopped at the expensive Eco village. They just did the easy bit that was giving away the money. So Tanzania graphite is 3 years plus from any production if they can get a plan drawn up today. Then the Tesla deal is no way to be able to deliver by the agreed time frame. Even if they source the graphite from other miners, the processing plant is no way done in a year. The battery business become riskier every day. I would assume the last cap raising is to produce even more battery. May be we now need to believe in the Australian newspaper.
