ARQ is a great stock and is starting to move up on the back of good news and a developing exploration and production program.

Saying that, this stock is still undervalued IMO and has a long way to go. I have been in on this stock since the early 90c range, and am very happy with it's very stable and low risk nature.

I suspect that there aren't many from the HC community that have an interest in ARQ, there for it's not getting the air time... but of course this means nothing when it comes to determing/identifying a good stock.
