Not so concerned about Lowe. Never been in his shoes to know if I would have done the same or different.
Rates have been muted somewhat because the banks have been competing- cash backs for loans etc. They are now turning off the cash backs.
It is the macro.
There is an expectation of bargains. Fundamentals will be important. I will need to concentrate on buying real bargains and not just shares that have become cheaper than what they were beforehand. Etc.
