I would not be a position to help with your decision making, struggling with my own. How did you buy at $0.007 when low on an intraday was $0.04?

A long rocky road ahead is what I would see.

I guess that most money will wait on the side to see how the company goes with refinancing the massive debts that fall due by the end of Dec 2010.

Servicing and paying down debt is what is needed along with some writeups in property valuations. This will all help.

An announcement here or there on the two class actions being withdrawn would also help along the way.
