We will have a consolidation in the future. But now we need some positive news and enough cash to proceed over the next 6 months.
A lot of multiples have been bandied around on the expected share price of EUR. Today's value is $6.5M. A lot of water has to go under the bridge from a handshake until the time the money is in the bank. My back of envelope calcs say EUR at 65C by November. This gives CLE $40M to come up with clear precise pathway to get the iron ore to production.

consolation will ONLY come after EUR deal is done, and by then perhaps there will be no need to do one, however it might be a smart idea.
