The state-owned company said that in terms of resource concentration, the preliminary numbers make this salt flat the second best in the world, after the Salar de Atacama.Of the 132 samples analyzed in the laboratory, extracted from the drilling of 10 wells, concentrations ranging from 517 to 1,787 milligrams per liter (mg/l) were observed, with an average of 1,073 mg/l and a median of 978 mg/l. A total of 2,368 meters were drilled in the salt flat, reaching maximum depths slightly greater than 400 meters in the deepest well.

Fugk me, they discovered something that we knew for years...
Codelco is so behind us it's not even funny, and good luck with all permissions and....where would the ponds be located? Oh yes, DLE....... if it will ever actually work at a commercial scale.
Perhaps in 4-5years, when they will have their DFS in hand.
