As Klogg indicated, what investors want is no more capital raising and focus on cashflow because that might point to a sustainable business

And surely the way to silence the HC brigade is to deliver on profit/cashflow.....not hold more seminars to say how well they are doing and not address when they plan to be positive on both.

I should highlight that since Gerard joined (Jul2019 I believe), the company has lost ~5.8c per share (FY2019-22) and a further 0.7c in 1H23 with a similar amount likely in 2H23 so we are looking at upwards of 7c per share loss. In the interim, Gerard got a raise in last year - up from $255k in FY2021 to $305k in FY2022 along with getting ~5m in options over that period. To you other post, investing $9k of his own money is hardly anything significant given the generosity shareholders have afforded him.

Look he seems a perfectly decent guy, but unless he recognises there is a cashflow issue that needs to be addressed ASAP, the company is likely to be in a similar (precarious) cashflow situation in 12 mths time.
