You are right about the analysis. Risks are that its based in SA but offset by local ownership/partnership. Captial loss for me since I bought it but all the divis make it a net win long term. Perhaps there are better capital gains to be had elsewhere but at this price and with their stated strategy its defintely only a divi play.
