They've already done that in the US - Quincy St Capital, Family Fund, 20% premium - up to today (if they didn't jump ship in the meantime) they were over 80% down.
They might have to CR because they recently 'took advantage' of another deal (dyor) which is only to do with HOPE1 (Autism) - so cash for progression with today's update may well have to be funded separately.
