I'm not sure Richard could contractually back out of developing Kiaka.
Having said that you'd think there would be exit clauses regarding political instability.
I agree with your sentiment Plough although I think buying a development asset in another African country would have sufficed.
The risk discount associated with their SP is compounded by operating in the one jurisdiction.
