I share your sentiment entirely on this. One of the great things about NDO successfully delivering these smaller projects is that it gives us credibility when it comes to negotiating the terms of JVs with majors. If we had just done the exploration then the majors could have a firmer hold on things.

If a TO is launched I really doubt the registry is firm enough to withstand it. We don't have a string enough Director presence to block such activity. At current prices (or even double current prices) it would be cheaper for a Major just to buy out NDO rather than negotiate a JV.
