With both the input and out put of the REE chain going up at the beginning of week and down at end of week for several weeks looks like bottom building to me. i do believe at these prices Most people including China are not making money so going lower is not likely. There is a big area between making money and losing money. In this zone you are paying the rent and maintaining the plant which are worth while Vs. closing, we seem to be firmly in this zone. A 18 month chart shows this clearly I will post it when I have Fridays data.
For ma looking at anything smaller than weekly changes just is not worth it for something that moves around as much as this does.
