listened through that a few times now. My take on it is that there is real possibility for leave to appeal to be granted for the mine, but hes more interested in getting that refinary through and up and running with the graphite already dug up to be used until the permits are granted for the mine.
Me thinks that the mkt will not understand this and come 14th June its going to be a shocker.to the SP
