A decent bounce in IO overnight, but a mixed open is expected for resource stocks.
It's estimated that over the next 6 months the US Treasury will need to sell $1 trillion of bonds to refresh the Treasury General Account, keep pace with existing obligations and make up for the lack of issuances over the past couple of months. Its a staggering amount of liquidity that will be drained from financial markets from tomorrow onwards (assuming the package is passed today).
