I live just north of TC and the rain has gone, it is currently clear skies and very windy and wet county will dry out very quickly if it hasnt already.
I would guess that they would be out in the red country and not black soil plains and that dries even quicker.
However heavy equiptment chews up roads and tracks very fast and can make them unpassable but if they wanted dozers and graders there are loads for hire in and around TC
