What is Viva Labs? Are they getting into breeding gun dogs?biggrin.png

I don't know whether it's achievable or not. The only thing I'm questioning is whether it's realistic to take that sort of clip on payments. I'm on the board of a business that processes around $300m in payments/year. We clip 1% on but most users pass that on to the end customer. To be doing $4m/year VVA is getting up toward 3% even assuming zero expenses in running the payments business – so likely more. Is it realistic that franchisees will wear this cost? Is it realistic that VVA can take that sort of clip and not get pushback from customers?

I don't know the answer to this, just curious because it seems a bit too easy.
