So if Kenneth did all this - one pertinent question no one can answer is why then did Kenneth go to Clee to expose the iou fraud and indirectly implicate himself and his associates?
Why? There is no answer to this as he had no motive to expose all this did he? He had gotten millions yet he sat around and got raided by Aaron's report to the police.
