A takeover is obviously a long-term concern, However, it would be very difficult to do it on market. I believe they would need to have a large off-market placement to get a considerable amount of shares. The company is held very tight. can buy 200k shares on market which would push the price up to 27c.
That's currently 40k worth, they would want to invest millions. I think it depends what options are available at the end of the PFS and the direction the BoD can go. I believe from the AGM shareholders and BoD are aligned for an off-take to maximise value.
