GR Tls needs new and less management and tls purple is a mess.I notice they have made 2 acquisitions aqura technology and alliance automation.Probably both are excellent co's ,but it seems many of the tls purple acquisitions were quality co as well.Even Ooyala was a good performer.but written off by $500m. The problem is when tls buys them the tls culture restricts their incentive to perform and agility.etc etc I know when i'm listening to quality management such conglomerates as Macquarie group,Soul patterson and co's like brickworks etc because i sit there and enjoy listening to there comments.A real pleasure. When i listen to tls presentations i need a box of tissues they r simply depressing presentations and their financials and guidance confirm it. You should go poach someone from MQG then i would consider buying tls because its a great business badly managed imo and with a bad reputation delivering ADF contracts etc and maybe why elon didn't include tls for their business,govt .adf fibre/satellite agreement but chose vocus.
