What I find amazing and it is a key reason why SBM has rejected the SLR proposals is the lack of certainty. They persist with a non binding conditional offer, at a time SBM needs the cash certainty, (pay debt, guarantees they have to offer with respect to their Canadian assets, working capital).
I don"t know if I am missing something.
