If I had the cash handy now, I'd be loading up - as you've pointed out, fundamentals matter, as does purchase price.

For those concerned about cashflow and the need for a cap raise in the short term, you may want to question management about how they are forecasting their receipts. The answer will provide cause for optimism, looking through into Q1 and Q2 - which is when in theory there should be "cash crunch" looking at numbers as they are.

Timing of invoicing and payment terms are a critical consideration.
