I think the market is looking at the volume and ignoring the significant step between batch production and the current semi-continuous state. Confirming the chemical process and the actual chemicals they have on stock is good.
The price will dip as it always does after an update, even when all is progressing nicely. That's where TA makes more sense than FA.
