So set an sp target of x each 30 June. If achieve then get x oppies, shares or bonus or all 3. Same can be for profit based bonus.
For example. June 24 sp target of say 30c. June 25 sp target of 50c & EBITDA of $2m. If achieve both then isuue / pay. Ignore numbers, just an example.

This can easily be put to shholders at an agm. As long as all numbers are realistic then I'm sure it would get passed. This would instill confidence in management then.
