I believe so. I think it's a reasonable expectation that a quantity of tech grade has been produced and I think this will become apparent in due course. I just don't see how any informed poster could assume production of 100% BG product (output, not purity), when knowing that no other producer has ever achieved that and knowing the difficulty in even reaching battery grade in the first place, let alone achieving that for 100% of your output. That's just not a reasonable assessment.
There's still good money in tech grade, so to me the ratio itself is not a big deal. The lack of transparency about it is though.
