The costs are out of control and they can't seem to get a handle on it

So what if they have patented technology?....They have had it for years, yet it doesn't seem to have put other VAT solutions out of business.

My biggest concern is that they have engineered a solution for a problem which doesn't really exist

As you say, time will tell but the signs have not been promising
