Just for the info of those involved, this isn't new surprise info.
Wes 9% stake was contingent on the initial Process Deed being upheld, a guaranteed support by WAM which obviously revokes when a superior bid emerges - in WAM's interest ofc.
So yeah, doesn't change the dynamics of the trade and actually prevents Wes from bullying. Big picture, stil a strategic asset for Wes' healthcare unit. Fingers crossed.
